Evaporative air-conditioning systems work the same way – warm outside air is cooled as it passes over water-saturated pads in the air-conditioning unit that sits on the roof. The cooled air is then blown down a central dropper, distributed through the ducting and enters each room via ceiling vents.

I would like to commend the excellent service I have received from Ben of Advantage Air. From the quotation till the installation it was an easy process. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. During install, Ben was punctual and professional all throughout the 2 day install. I have been scouring the web for a reputable company for months and decided to go with AA for the complete MyPlace package.
Our aircon touch screen stopped working just before Christmas. We were provided with a replacement today.

One of the girls here at the front counter was a superstar. I was a walk-in looking for a part and she diagnosed the issue correctly, quoted for all separate parts and provided some numbers for service within minutes which all helped immensely.
Cameron came to check why our tablet was not communicating with the control unit and did some troubleshooting and worked a solution to fix the problem. He was very thorough, communicated very clearly and talked us through the issue and made sure we could use the tablet controls and App. He was very helpful and polite and did a great job.
